The school of rotisserie Leon Labroche, created 10 years ago, receives about 750 trainees per year.

Over 300 rotisserie recipes have been elaborated by our Food Specialists who can assist you in developing new products and creative menu ideas.
We offer training to groups (maximum 6) or one to one. This allows each participant to partake in various stages of the course, (preparation of the products to be roasted, placing products on spits, cooking, checking temperatures, un-spitting of the products, etc).
