Tropicalised cold display cabinet

• Refrigerated display cabinet (refrigeration installed locally or at a distance)
• Vertical evaporator (large size) to diffuse a strong cooling power over the area (400mm)
• Electronic temperature regulation by the thermostatic probe positioned at the air intake (guaranteeing an excellent cold layer over your products)

With an installed compressor, the temperature at the heart of the test blocks over a period twelve hours varies between 0 °C and 2 °C, including defrosting.
