Distributed heat through stone

• Heated fabric uniformly spread under the surface of the granite
• Electronic temperature setting of the granite, thanks to the thermostatic temperature probe inserted 20mm into the granite. The granite accumulates calories during the heating of the fabric and radiates them as the fabric switches itself off
• Ideal heat distribution on the granite without any risk of cold patches

Results from the independent Cemafroid Laboratories (3 tests on 30mm thick sponges):

The average temperature at the heart of the sponges during a 2 hour period varies between 64.4°C and 67.1°C. An exemplary stability with 2.7°C difference between minimum and maximum temperature.

Remember:-
< 63°C = temperature below normal
> 70°C = danger of overcooking
