Designation of the technical support unit :
- Tubular base on black powder coated stand with castors with brakes/span>
- The base frame is clad in black powder coated sheet metal and the 2 access doors to the underframe
- Storage for cooking utensils and removable shelf
- Visual compartment for the 2 x 5 litre cleaning canisters (MEGA-CLEAN et MEGA-NET)
- Placement of the grease trap on wheels and fixings for the BRITA filter and the high-pressure shower
- Integration of the drain valve (cooking/washing) and the electromechanical directional valve to the grease tank and then to the waste water drain
- Ergonomic and quick access to technical reservations (water/electricity supply, waste water disposal)
